Pies are the best in town!!. In fact, I haven't had better anywhere else.... Everything in the shop is made on the premises. No matter what you choose from the lovely range of bread, cakes, slices and do nuts you will find them all delicious. (Vanilla slice is exceptional)

Only had donuts from here just now and omg they were near perfect the service and smile on the faces on the people serving was very pleasant will most definitely be going back to try the pies and anything else

Absolutely amazing! They have the BEST cinnamon donuts, hot and crispy. I had to drive back and get more! I also tried their profiteroles, WOW, the perfect little mouthfuls of joy. You can tell they have been doing this for a while, they are great. Thank you for such amazing food and such friendly service!
Love the French Bakery! Have been coming here regularly for years. Favourites would be their donuts - cinnamon, jam, and iced all taste amazing. Their bread is great as well, and they have a great pastry selection. Family-run, always friendly, and very good at what they do. Highly recommend! Even better since they now take card payments, not just cash.
This is an absolutely brilliant bakery, I wish it was my local! Everything was extremely fresh and flavoursome. It’s busy for good reason. Loved the 2016 Western Bulldogs premiership poster signed by Liam Picken on the wall too!
Very busy small bakery, not great if you want a sit down lunch, however if you want the best pies, pasties and cakes in Hamilton this is the place to go. I had an egg, bacon, pineapple and cheese pie that was absolutely scrumptious, packed with diced bacon and baked on cheese on top, just enough pineapple to add a sweet zing but not overpower the taste as a whole, the pastry not too thick and not too thin, just perfect. Also tried a plain meat pie, perfect consistency with beef mince in gravy with a few fried onions thrown in for flavour, again same pastry, not too thick not too thin, and not super flakey, just right. Fast friendly service, a well stocked pie/pasty/sausage roll warmer and cake cabinet at lunchtime. Highly recommended 👌
Delicious authentic Aussie pie got the beef pie and it was so warm and delicious full of flavour, hearty and tasty at first when I looked at it it did not look appealing as it looked kinda undercooked, but taste was amazing. So no complain. We also got bread and vanilla, slice and everything like 10 out of 10
